Bring Your Own Storage for Unlimited Expiry
Premium and Ultra subscribers can connect their own S3-compatible storage (Cloudflare R2, AWS S3, Wasabi, and more) to get unlimited file expiration. Your files stay available as long as they exist in your bucket.
Learn how to connect your storageCommon Questions
What happens when my files expire?
Expired files are permanently deleted from our servers and can no longer be accessed. Download links will show an expiration message. If you use your own S3 storage, you maintain full control over deletion.
Can I get unlimited expiry on Premium or Ultra?
Yes! Premium and Ultra subscribers can connect their own S3-compatible storage (like Cloudflare R2, AWS S3, or Wasabi) to get unlimited file expiration. Your files stay available as long as they remain in your storage bucket.
Can I extend an expiration date?
Currently, expiration dates cannot be modified after upload. If you need longer availability, you'll need to re-upload with a new expiration setting, or connect your own S3 storage for unlimited expiry.
How do recipients know when files expire?
The expiration date is clearly displayed on the download page, so recipients always know how long they have to download. Files stored on your own S3 show 'No expiration' instead.
What's the difference between Lifetime and using S3 on other plans?
Lifetime ($99 one-time) requires your own S3 storage and gives you unlimited file size. Premium and Ultra can optionally connect S3 for unlimited expiry, but still use our servers by default with plan-specific limits.
